RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We hope you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, please initiate your return via our portal within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns are only available for orders that were placed on www.etretat.boutique. You must be able to provide an order number. Customers can send back the goods via any courier company.

Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Please ensure that your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

All charity designs, sale items, and products that are specified as non-returnable in the description are final sale.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you find that the product you received contains a physical defect, you can also send it back to us up to 14 days from the date of receipt from our store. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When returning, please send us an email with information about the complaint where the order number will be included in the title and attached a photo showing the physical defect of the product found immediately upon receipt. Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order has been placed, you may cancel it at any time before your item has shipped. Please e-mail office@etretat.boutique with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We are unable to refund shipping charges for any cancelled order once it has been dispatched.

OUR GUARANTEE

We’re passionate about crafting pieces of the utmost quality. Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. We provide a 2-year warranty from the original order date on each gold piece or sterling silver piece. If, for whatever reason, your Etretat piece is damaged or breaks due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair/replace it at no cost, or provide a product of equal value if the original product is no longer available.

Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Etretat Boutique.

What happens after 2 years? We offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee.

Simply contact office@etretat.boutique with a photo and the original order number to show proof of purchase. Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of www.etretat.boutique) will not be covered under Etretat warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
