Orders ship within 3-4 weeks. We are a small operation and every Etretat boutique piece is handmade to order! Please note that this processing time does not include delivery times. We do not process or ship orders on these company observed holidays:

New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated shipping times for EU countries: 3-4 business weeks
Estimated shipping times everywhere else: 4-6 weeks

Please allow additional time for peak holiday periods.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all EU orders above 100 eur, after promotional discounts and excluding taxes anywhere within the EU or its territories.

REFUSING SHIPMENTS

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Etretat Boutique. The value is dependent on the destination country.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order appears to go missing in action, please first contact the postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please understand that Etretat Boutique is a small, independent company, and as such we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen or lost by the postal service. If this happens to be the case, please e-mail us at office@etretat.boutique, and we will work with you to find a solution!

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to DHL no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We offer Route Shipping Insurance for guaranteed package protection and one-click refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged items. The cost is 1.5% of your total cart value. When orders are insured with Route, any items lost, damaged, or stolen off porches are automatically covered.
